Interview with Successful trader: Austin
Austin has been with DTA for over than a year. We're in Amsterdam with him at our Military Training. He's been trading for over than three years and started off as a student. Today he's now one of our coaches.
Austin quit school to focus solely on his trading. He was in financial education and realized that his time could be used for something better and therefore started working at night in order to trade during the day. Knowing that 90% or more fail at this and that's because many do not understand the amount of time put into it. You can make money in a short time being in the market and assuming markets. But assuming risks in real time really about all the training and time set into it while operating.
Austin made trading into his lifestyle and also shows us that the path wasn't easy. However, trading was passion for him so he did it because he wanted to and enjoyed it. Not because he was forced to do it or because it was only about money.
Austin is talking about the importance of being active and engaged with the market at all times. He thinks there are different traders, people like Austin who are objective and trading based on the market results. Others who are more moving with the market and trading based on the flow of the market without taking objective aspects into account.
Austin also confirms that trading is really about finding the style that fits you and to practice, practice, practice.
