Can women be good traders is something that is often considered by the minority in the day trading and finance, women! Most of the industry is dominated by men and there aren't that many women involved when it comes to trading.
At the Day Trading Academy we call all the women our day trading angels. We actually believe that women have the possibly to be better traders than men. The reason why is because it is widely known that women are more emotional beings.
Due to this, women have more experience managing their emotions. Most of us don't realize that day trading is all about controlling one's emotions. Technical Analysis and even developing or using a specific strategy is only a fraction of what we need to learn when it comes to learning how to trade.
The real importance, and most times the biggest test, is when we go live and we begin to learn how to manage our emotions. This is why women can be such good traders. When people ask can women be good traders I always say hell yes!
Compare this to poker players that have already developed their psychology. Most professional poker players are very good traders because they have already developed their psychology and know how manage their emotions.
